Visiting Bartellas for the first time was a delightful experience, and it certainly won't be our last. When looking for a special Mother's Day lunch for my parents, we were thrilled to discover this gem. The entire dining experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were warm, attentive, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection. The three-course meal we shared was nothing short of exquisite, with each dish beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our wine glasses were topped up with the perfectly chilled delicious wines. The elegant decor and pristine linens added to the overall ambiance, creating a truly memorable dining experience. We can wholeheartedly recommend Bartellas to anyone wanting something really special.

High end dining in Kent. Professional attentive staff do not pester you but know exactly when you need something intuitively. I didn't feel like I needed to wait for anything and our group's conversation was allowed to flow, uninterrupted. The food was delicious and well presented.

Lovely Christmas decoration. As soon as we sat down they give us warm bread which was nice. I had baked Camembert, my husband had prawn cocktails. For main I had prawn and crab tagliatelle, so tasty and the tagliatelle was cooked to perfection. My husband had liver and bacon, it was very nice but the portion is small. Service was great, our waitress is very attentive and efficient, quickly to pick up empty glass and plate and ask for refill too. Will surely back and highly recommended

Always my go-to place to visit with my parents. The food is great, and they change up the menu regularly to keep things interesting. The thing that really sets them apart is the service. My father is disabled, and they are always extremely accommodating with his accessibility needs without any need for asking or making him feel awkward. Something as simple as providing a suitable table and place to put his crutches, or making sure a door is held open without needing to ask makes all the difference, and I wish more places were like this!

Our first visit here as we live 200 miles away. Everything was superb. Perfect service at all times and the food was outstanding. I love liver and their dish was amazing. I would say the best I've ever had. I wish that we had something this good at home!

Our experience was that this restaurant is really quite exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we discovered a level of service and quality that surprised us. The menu offers a good, interesting range of dishes. The food was beautifully prepared, using high quality ingredients. The staff were very courteous and attentive. It was all together a very pleasant evening. And even better, the prices were at a level comparable with those now charged by most restaurants... but the service and quality (in our experience) were definitely higher.
